A Summary of 2022
Here’s a short summary of 2022. What a year we’ve had, and we hope you’ve had a great one too! So much has happened, from attending festivals, markets, meet the makers, and tours through to our fifth anniversary and introducing new products to our range. We’ve also produced collaborative products with Southport Whisky Club and have another ready to roll early in the New Year so watch this space!
Whisky
Our Whisky range has increased as follows:
As well as our Ex-Bourbon we have finishes of Peat, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez. All have received great feedback. We plan to try to maintain stocks of the range, but this will not be possible all of the time so if you are interested, we recommend to you get in quickly! Next year we plan to release a five-year age statement and a cask strength!
Gin
After four years our Gin range has also extended as we added a Sloe expression: see below:
The Sloe Gin was limited to 223 x 70cl bottles this year and we will not be making any more until next year. With sloes picked from the Shropshire and Marches hedgerows we made this a punchy 40% – great in your hipflask or with tonic!
Rum
Mustn’t forget that we also launched our inaugural Rum. This golden expression sold out very quickly. We’ve now increased production so will have more to go round in a year or so!

Really finally, in the last week before Christmas we’d like to give something back. Therefore, starting today, any local orders received will be delivered for free by us before Christmas. There’s no minimum spend, simply place your order online and we’ll refund the postage charge if you are within 15 miles of the distillery! Cut off for orders is 7A.M. on Friday 23rd of December. For those further afield we will continue to use the Parcel Force 48 hour delivery service so be quick!
