We like to receive feedback – good or bad. A customer recently bought a bottle of our London Dry Gin for a friend for Christmas but unfortunately it didn’t arrive. After resolving the issue with the customer we received the following “Thanks so much for sorting this out – you’ve been so helpful and I’m grateful and will continue to drink your gin as it’s my absolute favourite!“. When asked if it was ok for us to post the feedback the customer said “Absolutely, that’s perfectly fine! I wouldn’t drink any other gin!“.
