Sherry casks are here!
From the start of our planning we have wanted to put some whisky into sherry casks
Henstone Distillery Apple Brandy is on it’s way
On Sunday 18th of March we had another 12 hour shift distilling nearly 2000 litres of Sweeney Mountain cider (produced by Stonehouse Brewery) to make our very first Apple Brandy.

The first batch of 200 bottles of our single malt whisky has now sold out and the whisky is maturing in oak

On Wednesday the 10th of January we put our first batch whisky into an ex-bourbon barrel.
