We love our classic cocktails and you don’t get much more classic than a Martinez. The precursor to a martini, the cocktail is sweeter and traditionally made with old tom gin or Genever but we think it works really well with our oak aged Rosé Gin.
Glass – Martini glass
Ingredients: 35 ml Henstone Rosé Gin, 30 ml Sweet Vermouth, 10 ml Dry Vermouth, 5 ml Maraschino Cherry Liqueur, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters. Method: Mix all the ingredients with ice in a shaker and pour into a chilled glass. Garnish: Orange twist
